Location and Working Hours: Hybrid, 3 days a week in London office.
Travel Requirements: Expected to be minimal outside of London, but may be asked to travel to client meetings around the UK.

Main Job Purpose / Role Summary We’re looking for an IR Associate to support its team in delivering high-quality investor engagement programmes to a respected client portfolio, which includes prominent listed and private companies. This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for a graduate with a strong interest in capital markets and a desire to specialise in a dynamic and prestigious industry.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the team in delivering strategic IR engagement programmes for clients
  • Assist with financial reporting processes, including managing logistics and timelines, drafting press releases, investor presentations and management scripts
  • Liaise with sell-side analysts, track consensus models and valuation methodologies
  • Maintain investor databases, monitor shareholder registers and prepare updates for Board and Executive teams
  • Conduct research on IR best practice and attend relevant conferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including Executive Assistants, Finance teams, and C-suites
  • Contribute to annual report planning and review
  • Attend client meetings across the UK and Europe
  • Take increasing ownership of the IR programme delivery over time
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate with strong interest in capital markets. Intern experience advantageous
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and solid financial acumen
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to delivering to the highest standards
  • Ambitious team player with a desire to grow within the business
