Main Job Purpose / Role Summary | We’re looking for a proactive IR Manager to join the team and help manage our expanding portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a background in accountancy, finance, or investor relations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and team, with a diverse and interesting client base. |

Key Responsibilities

Supporting clients with all aspects of their investor relations programme Supporting the drafting of annual IR strategies Drafting and reviewing of announcements, reports and presentations Building relationships with client teams to stay on top of business developments Interacting with sell side analysts to help them understand a business, also reviewing models and notes for accuracy Build and manage consensus models for clients Assist the Business Development and Marketing department with producing pitchbooks and marketing material for new business meetings Stay on top of the latest developments in IR and share insights with the Equitory team |
Qualifications & Experience | A professional qualification in accountancy or finance, or have existing experience in IR. Knowledge of regulation related to listed companies |

Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail; advanced excel and PowerPoint skills Exceptional organisational and project management skills with ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines Highly motivated with ability to work autonomously, at times in a “virtual” team environment Experience of building effective relationships with all stakeholders, possessing strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven person with intellectual curiosity and strong financial literacy Strong organisational skills and ability to work to the highest standards and levels of accuracy A passion for IR and ambition to develop as a key member of this fast-growing business |
