Clara founded Equitory in 2016 as a consultancy specialising in helping companies communicate their value to investors. Equitory has grown rapidly over the last few years and now comprises a team of 17 investor relations professionals. Prior to starting her own business, Clara was Head of IR at ITV plc and worked in the IR team for Close Brothers Group plc. Clara is a Chartered Accountant and began her career at PwC before moving into Corporate Broking for RBS Hoare Govett.

Prior to joining Equitory, Mark worked in IR at Santander and before that at investment platform Transact (IntegraFin), supporting through its IPO. He started his career in pensions and life insurance at Royal London. Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Catherine has broad and in-depth experience covering the areas of investor relations, corporate communications, strategy formation, and crisis management. Her career spans more than 20 years in in-house positions at PLCs, corporate broking, and agency-side. She was most recently Director of Investor Relations/Communications and ESG at FTSE business Headlam Group plc.

Fiona joined Equitory as an Associate Director. She has extensive experience in Corporate Communications and IR at a FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 company, with the last five years as Deputy IR Director at Capita plc. She has a master’s degree in Business and holds the Certificate in IR.

Matt joined the team in June 2023. Prior to working at Equitory he spent seven years at Lloyds Banking Group where he held several positions including within their equity and debt Investor Relations teams, as well as directly supporting the Group CFO as Executive Assistant. Matt is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in History & Politics from the University of Nottingham.

Gavin has over 30 years of experience in institutional equity sales and research, predominantly at firms such as NatWest Markets, Schroder Securities, Morgan Stanley, and Exane BNP Paribas. Since 2019, he has run his own consulting business focused on optimising the research produced by investment analysts in both buy and sell-side firms, and on helping other businesses with their strategic development.

Carlin joined the team in September 2025. Prior to working at Equitory, Carlin worked in IR at Santander UK and before that as an Analyst in financial services. Carlin holds a degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Western Australia, and the Certificate in IR.

Sophie joined Equitory as an IR Manager. Before joining Equitory, Sophie worked as an IR Manager at ITV and, prior to that, in Internal Audit at ITV. Sophie is a PwC qualified Chartered Accountant.

Pablo joined Equitory as an IR associate after completing his Master’s in International Relations at King’s College London. He previously gained experience in Regulatory and Public Affairs at Repsol. Pablo holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics from IE University in Madrid and also completed an exchange programme at Singapore Management University.

 Harriet joined Equitory as an IR Associate. She has experience working in both corporate sustainability and renewable energy. Harriet holds a Master’s in Business and Sustainability from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Geography from the University of Reading, and is currently working towards her Certificate in Investor Relations.
