In 2021, we launched our Equip programme; a fast-track solution for qualified finance professionals wanting a career in Investor Relations.
This is a 12-month training programme designed to equip candidates with a knowledge of IR, regulation and capital markets, while working for Equitory’s high profile client base.
Equitory will sponsor candidates to study the IR Society’s Certificate in Investor Relations.
This theoretical knowledge will be supplemented by an intensive 12-month series of seminars and workshops, aimed at developing candidates’ practical knowledge of IR situations and IR best practice.
Candidates will graduate from the programme with excellent knowledge of best practice in investor communication, and with the skillset for a successful career in IR.
We are accepting applicants for our third cohort currently. We are looking to hire individuals who hold a finance qualification and have at least three years’ work experience.
